Publication Policy & Submission Guidelines
Publication Policy
- The research article should not get published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis).
- The research article should not be an old work; it should be new and balanced with the upcoming technologies.
- The contribution of the work should be confidential (i.e., the research article should not have more than 20% of other pioneers' work).
- The abstract should reveal the overview of problem specification, aim, methodology and results of the complete work.
- The article should be in Times New Roman font.

Submission Instructions
- Create a new account.
- After receiving a confirmation email, click on the link to activate the account.
- Input your email and password, and enter the system.
Submission Requirements
- Cover letter
- Concise summary of why your paper is a valuable addition to the scientific literature
- Brief relation of your study to previously published work
- Any recommended or opposed reviewers
- Confirmation from all authors that the manuscript has not been published nor is it under consideration elsewhere. Also confirm permission for any reproduced material.
- Paper template (Microsoft Word format – .doc/.docx – must not be protected)
Title
The title should be specific, descriptive, concise, and comprehensible to readers outside the subject field. Use 16 pt bold Times New Roman font, capitalize only the first letter, and indent it left on page 1.
Authors and Affiliations
List all authors' full names, with middle names abbreviated if needed. Use superscripts to link authors to affiliations. The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk and include full contact information. Affiliation changes after publication are not allowed.
Headings and Subheadings
Use no more than 4 levels of headings. Font should be 12 pt Times New Roman, capitalizing only the first word.
Abstract and Keywords
- Describe the context and purpose of the study
- Explain how the study was performed (without too much methodological detail)
- Summarize main findings and their significance
- Be less than 300 words
- Provide 5 to 10 keywords after the abstract.
Main Text
Use 12 pt Times New Roman, with a line spacing of at least 15 pt. Include:
- Introduction: Background and research aim.
- Materials and Methods: Sufficient detail to replicate the study, including design, interventions, comparisons, and analysis.
- Ethics: Include ethical approval for human studies.
- Results, Discussion, and Conclusions: Can be separate or combined. Explain how findings relate to the hypothesis, their implications, and future directions.
